When I said about spinnerbaits for pike I was talking about trip last year. We were fishing for bass and we caught 20+ pike predominately on spinnerbaits.

Thanks for the info MM,

I need to talk to the others but since we will be only fishing three days, we'll most likely miss the festivities. We're already camping in the park, do you know what area the event is being held? I may try to slip over for a few minutes to say hello.
