Just returned from 2 1/2 weeks in Canada. What a blast in Toronto and Haliburton. Fished in lake Kashagawigamog. Over the days caught (and released) 20 largies, 4 smallies. Kept and devoured one walleye. My wife caught and boated 2 muskies - 40" and 42" one on a bass rig with no leader no less and I had my first muskie about 36". Had one muskie hook throw and one bite off on a bass rig. What fun! Those fresh water barracuda sure fight like crazy. I can see how one can really get hooked on Muskie fishing.
Until next year...

Keep your eyes open for an article on Bassin in the haliburton area coming this spring to a magazine that we are all familiar with. Best of all, the article is written by one of the Fish-Hawk regulars.
