A Few Bass for Marcus...(My Year in Review!)

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

A Few Bass for Marcus...(My Year in Review!)

Post by JustinHoffman »

Hello All,

Loved lookin' at Marcus's Year in Review. Although I'm not as multi-specied as our friend out west, bass is my true love. And nothing warms my heart on a cold winter day like looking at some fat largies and smallies. Here's a sample from my 2005 - the highlight was a new PB of 6lbs, and a 5lb 10oz for the girlfriend...
As much as I adore icefishing, there's nothing like tossing a flipping jig to a fallen tree or dock and seeing what tugs your line!
Good Fishing,
Justin

another great "year in review"! :D i think next year i'll try and target more largies than i did this year, seemed like i only targetted the smallies (wife is a hook line and sinker over the side of the boat fisherwoman :) )
love the pics of the bass with the lure of choice in its mouth. :D

Always like to see the fish caught by a fellow bass-a-holic.

Some great pics there, especially the one with the spro slop frog. That's a beautiful pic.

Justin,

I love reading your reports always some awesome fish to gawk at!

Awesome year bro! Those are some serious Largemouth's :!: :!:

I'd be happy to just catch some Largies of any size, never mind the footballs you have brought in  !

I'd love some tips on how to locate and get some of them bucketmouth's in my new boat.

All the best bro!

Awesome bass Justin......

I love bass....nothing hits a topwater fly like a smallmouth bass.

One of those bass looks like it inhaled a duckling or something...soo fat!

congrats...looks like you had an awesome season man!

Justin, what a great season you had. Loved checking out all the reports you made from different bodies of water, always interesting and well written posts (gee, wonder why? ) and spectacular pictures. FH is lucky to have you onboard. Keep up the great work on those bass next year.

Now, let's start seeing some hardwater reports bud!
