I see not too many of you have objectives set... You are probably right, and mines are more wishes than anything else.
Wolfe, I wish you a lot of fishing-family time with large muskies for you and the kids. I am sure there are a few big girls swimming in your lakes as those tiger hybrids do grow faster than the pure strain of muskies.
YFF, I might be able to help you out for some of your 2006 goals. Let wait the return of the summer.
TS, the monstrous brookie, in the foreground, was an incredible 11 incher and it probably did weight over a few ounces!
Joko, my largest sailfish probably weighted around 120lbs (the one of the pic was around 80lbs). Last year, I had the chance to fish for them during 2 days and caught and released 5. Little Cleo caught 3, however they were the 3 largest fish of the trip, all over 100lbs!.. They are definitely worth the experience.

Lucky, fantastic post. Truly great fishing for you this year. I know you'll make good on your goals for next year.
I had a couple of my own goals that I stuck in the journal last night.
increase my catch averages, catch my first lake sturgeon, new PB's for brookies and eyes, get Bren out at least a dozen times, get Summer into a brookie, walleye and pike to call her own, catch 3 new species.
Simple stuff, except the sturgeon, Summer's pike and the 3 species.
Enjoy your winter months, sharpen every hook, spend some time with Cleo and we'll all look forward to your great reports next season.
