Ability to put clients on fish is an an important part of the job, BUT not as important as the clients saftey and piece of mind.

Especially on the ice, really anyone can be a guide. Must do your homework! INCLUDING looking into references, this is this only real evidence of a solid service when using it for the first time.

There are quite a few solid and very dependable guide services in Ontario...

i still use the

"I don't ice fish unless you can drive a fully loaded
Passneger Train and gear out on the ice.."
