As I said to Spence in a pm I am not singling out THAT store but all stores. I dont often go to Lebarons but will be checking out the new location.
And Yes I do complain about lousy service, it is the only way to address the issue. If a manager does not know there is a problem he/she cant fix it.

I can't say I have had many bad experiences in LeBaron's , if I need help I go and ask for it however I have had some problems , I don't expect the sales people there to be experts but when they try to come accross as experts at somthing they know nothing about I have a problem with that .one thing I do expect is if I ask a question that a sales rep can't answer he calls on somone who can answer it not just say thats not his department

Again ,i have had pretty good dealings with Lebaron.
They are Canadian,the prices rock, they do have a lot of decent gear
I buy my fishing shoes etc from them.
My brother Derek worked there.

I'm sorry guys but if I was listening to ppl bashing me or other employees i would be pretty ticked to. Im sure spence didnt mean what he said I beleive he was just stuck in the moment!!
