Hey guys, seems now that the weather has warmed up moderatly people are taking to the open water, im just curious as too whos going fishing this wknd, where and for what =/ Im heading up to my cottage for the day tommorow to get some work done, but also plan on snaggin a few snot rockets while im at it 8) Will post report on sunday,

Depending on where your cottage is, pike season is now closed till May. Lots of good panfish to try for though.

Well I'm going out for pike/crappies this weekend (pike open year round here), maybe some channel cats if they are around. oh and lets not forget the carp starting this afternoon! :)

Plowjock and I are going to take his boat out on Sunday for crappie.
Mainly to run the beast before he goes anywhere far with it.

Doesn't look like any steelheading for me this weekend :( . But if I do get the chance to go, I'll just fish localy.
