Decided to break out the waders for a little panfish action this past weekend. Hit the Manotick Mill Sunday and Billings Bridge yesterday. Water levels are significantly lower than this time last year.
Well we only managed a couple of small perch at the Mill and we skunked at Billings, though we did see a few nice pike sunning in the shallows.
