Stoney Lake Walleye

Hey everyone,

I will be fishing Stoney Lake Saturday & Sunday of this weekend, and was wondering where some good walleye spots are around the Hell's Gate/Clear Lake area? I have never fished Stoney before, so am just going to wing it, and see if I can't catch a few good ones!

Welcome to the board Stoty. I look forward to hearing how you make out on Stoney Lake.

As for getting info on specific locations on the lake, you might be hard pressed to find someone who will post specific details on the Internet - it just ain't healthy for the fish and ya can find your spot cleaned out in a hurry. Someone may send you a private message if they are feeling generous.

My advice, if you have never fished Stoney before, get yourself a topographical map and look for high percentage locations like points and drop-offs.

Personally, part of the fun of fishing is from the treasure hunt.
