Indoor winter boat storage

I guess my measurements were a little off when I bought my boat this year & my garage is a llittle too tight a fit, at least until I can make some modifications.

So I'm looking for indoor storage for the winter for a reasonable cost. I've got a contact at a farm that will take it for $300....wondering if anyone has any other contacts/places that might save me some dough.

Closer to west ottawa/kanata is preferable, but not a necessity.

Any help is much appreciated.
