fall muski soon
hey thx a bunch hopefully i can find some.... my motor is old and loud and wont idle down without stalling so troling is currently not an option (no troling motor yet) so ill be casting... how deep should fish be holding and in what relation to structure.... also ive heard wonders about large inline spinners with a bucktail any thoughts on them?
Jebby for fall musky just go out in front of Peache Island.....you can troll Woodie's ( get them at Wallys Baits) or you can anchor and throw smaller Woodies, bucktails, musky killers, Slugo's, etc....should only be another month or less.....they gather there to get the cisco's coming from Erie....there are some HUGE fish caught every year....just do the muskies a favour and bring the proper rods, reels, nets, etc....I hate seeing big girls floating belly up because they were played to long on light gear!!!!!

Hey Jebby! Stick around the Yacht Club(Windsor side of the mouth), you should be fine there with your boat....you can always tuck in if the weather blows up on you.... As for colours?? Depends on the day....if the water is stained go for something bright with some noise (Thumpers, rattles, etc.), if the water is clear go for more natural colours...for Woodies in the fall my favorite colour is Dogs Balls....LOL! Yep it's a colour!!! I will be out this fall....and I will let you know when to go out there....should be another month and the feed bag will be on!!!!! Hope this helps a bit....
