Boat trailer tires

Post by xcal »

For your info:
Was shopping around Princess Auto and noticed 13 inch tires on rims on sale. The size was ST175/80R13 and they are on sale for 92.99. They have 4 bolt and 5 bolt in stock. They are made by Carlyle. Not sure how great they are ,but should be good for spares. They are load range C,and are rated for 1360lbs at 50psi cold which is the same rating as my Goodyears which came with boat trailer. Seems like not a bad price.

Guys,
Just make sure they are TRAILER tires. They are the only ones you should use. Other types of tires have different construction and ratings....larry
