I did not see the show, but it sounds like a Bradley Smoker. I have used one for years and they are a Canadian Company.

Does yours have digital controls for temp, time, etc?? I am not sure that it was Bradley I seen on TV today, but I just checked the website and they do make a digital smoker..

Nope mine is one of the older units...but all I do is set the temp...add the wood pucks and let it go for the day. Great units that never burn the fish or get the smoke to hot. I just noticed on the new Bradley Smoker site a video on the main page with Bob.
