Rocket Fishing Rod

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Rocket Fishing Rod

Post by ShotgunRiderRob »

Take a look at this video
https://www.spinmaster.com/product.php? ... rocket_can

Kinda skeptical about it cause its not really teaching them to use a rod and reel proper, but yet still looks like would be fun for kids to try.

It actually shoots the lure and some tube opens up to let lure out..but who knows how well all these options lasts with abuse, time, etc?

Anyone purchased these for their kids and used quite frequently?

Oh boy....kid's are getting weapons with the greatest of ease  As for the poor quality, i look at it as saving a child's eyesight. Parents should be teaching their children to learn fishing the right way.

Which part broke on this? Curious for a young lad with ADD who has had problems with learning to use other reels proper. Will have to supervise the kids with these of course,as slop mentioned they could be dangerous to eyes. Age 8 and up is recommended, hopefully they stated parental supervision and warnings of misuse in the learning DVD provided and package?
