Which fish-hawker would you fish with if you could?

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

This was a good thread Mr.J!!! But every time I read it think of somebody else that I would like to fish with and it really makes it awkward to say something like.

Oh Man I forgot to say that I really would enjoy casting out a few lures with The WOLFE Clan.

Then it would be Oh Man I would also like to toss out a couple of jigs with Slop and Ratsotail. I fished with Ratsotail once and I still think that after quitting smoking that his Colt cigar really smelled great. He probably still thinks that I was nagging about the smell but he never noticed that when the wind shifted I poked a couple of more holes to be Downwind again.

Wouldn't mind also spending some time with the 2 brothers (Tip-up + Jighead) so young and yet so much Fishing knowledge.

Hopefully Bowzog at the BaitMobile next Winter:D :D

And I am sure that in about 60 minutes i will say "Crap I forgot somebody again" So If you see at the bottom of this thread

Edited on such and a such a date, you'll know what happened.

BadgerShark I'd fish with you at any time.!!!

I want Bobfly to take me up into some remote late that no one would ever consider driving to (how bad could it be ?) but I'd like Moosebunk to drive (especially since it won't be his vehicle) for no reason other than I suspect he has maniacal tendencies. It would be one screaming fast ride and we'd catch some nice trout and if by some chance the the car is wrecked on the way in, we'd have a nice long vacation trout fishing.

"Honey, moosebunk trashed the car on some road bobfly recommended so we had to stay and fish for a month... " yep - she would believe me.

I have enjoyed fishing with Tenline, BTS, Burv, WIG, Scuba_Steve and gang, Walker,Marcthefisherman and sister Jamie, it was great getting together after a day on the water and it is always a pleasure meeting so many new people at Joco's planned suppers. Plowjock it is alway a pleasure talking to you at Lebaron and would love to make that Cuba bass fishing trip one day! I would have to say fishing with any of you would be a great pleasure.

I've been in a few boats or stood shoreline with a few F-H greats. Never once regretted it. A number of folks picked ET I see, and having spent a day out with Sheldon I can tell yas that's a super choice. Fantastic fellow.

It'd be great to fish with a number of folks here. I don't get company often enough. A few Fish-Hawkers that come to mind right away for me are,

wolfe. to fish with on wolfe lake. The mother of all Fish-Hawkers

tip and jig. to fish little bows in Ottawa, or bass. Great passion for a couple youngsters.

There's more for sure but these 3 came to mind quick without having to think much. 8)

I think my top 5 F-H guys to fish with would be
1-- Big Jim
2--Eye-Tracker
3--RJ
4--Moosebunk
5--Salmon
All these above mentioned people have a wealth of knowledge and really love to help people learn new methods.
Just remember you're never to old to stop learning, and that's what fishing is all about.
Everyday is a new challenge on the water and how you percieve what you have been handed for the day will be shown by how successful you were.
Now get the H--- off the board and get out there and get learning.

Having the genetics and religion for the "Triple Crown of Guilt" (Italian-Irish-Catholic) I hesitate to put names out there. There are so many different reasons to want to fish with so many people from FH.Net! Some selfish reasons, like wanting to use someone's extensive knowledge and skill to land me new species or a trophy....some more simplistic but equally desireable reasons, like friendship, laughter and good times.

Let's just say the feeling's mutual to those that mentioned me!

Brian just came back with a lot of pic's of the cottage -- it's cruising along now, so it won't be long before I am settling into the Wolfe Den. Then we can make some of these meetings happen. :D

I'd gladly spend a(nother) day with any one of you...

I only did a quick scan through other people's selections... and I don't think I saw anyone mention Ed from Paddletales... so I'm adding him to the list.

cheers,
