hi boys.

I think for the first outhing.

we will hit constance lake.

so people can get experience on small lake...just in case we do get more wind...etc.

there some nice bass/pike and other species in there,,we will have fun.

later on we will hit bigger water....or some quebec spot..

i was thinking the rideau for muskyand all...but its a long weekend,,it will be full off boat and large wave...so lets keep it for later on.

constance lake is the way to go for are first group outhing.

hope its ok for all.

The body of water is chosen!!!
What Rest. for Breakie??? what time?? Like it was said b4 the Local heroes and the rest at Constance Lake opens at 8:00am.
We could meet at Constance Lake for 7:30 prep everything and at 8:00 when the restaurant opens we can go have breakie then headout.
I am pretty sure that the restaurant has a plain view of the Launch so we could keep an eye on the stuff from the Restaurant. They might even have a Patio????

So it is setlled.

Place: Constance Lake from March road head north on Dunrobin road, turn right on Constance Lake rd. Drive to the end of the road . The restaurant and Launch are right there.

Time: Meet at the Launch between 7:30 am and 8:00am. Prep everything for departure after Breakie.
Breakie: Restaurant opens at 8:00am, we can sit on the Patio overlooking the lake (to keep an eye on the equipment)

I will be bringing a small lunch and water!! what time is everybody else setting for coming back home.

I ahve people coming over for Dinner around 5:00pm would hate to cut short an outing.

Just a reminder boys......Constance Lake Lodge is also a seaplane (floatplane) base for re-fueling. Take caution if you see a plane coming in for a landing on the lake...the planes have a small windshield and the pilots may not have clear view of your yaks!! ......

Have fun, be safe and enjoy this nice long weekend!!!!!!!

Lac LaPeche... that would be great!! I have some free time on the weekends this month, so it would be good to set something up. I'll start another post for that though. :)
I don't have my licence yet, but will definitely be getting one!

I'm at a wedding tomorrow, but you guys have fun, and please post a report! 8)

Be safe!

And then some of our yaks have lights so why what for the sun? I vote for starting before 8 and coming in for breakfast.

How would the parking working in this case? I believe its paid parking on that side of the lake. The free parking is on the other side.
