Awesome Fish. Are all of those Feathers in the bottom right corner stuff you add on to your hooks over the course of the day or stuff you pick up while out on the water. They will definately make good baits. My friends dad is always collecting furry things around his farm to make into Musky baits.
Nice ski Matt, good to see you having luck as usual. I hope we can get out some day this year, I would love to get my second ski and maybe a little bigger than my first too.

Well done

Those are the tail feathers of a fudelli spinnerbait, I also use riverrat spinnerbaits....both very nice.
Riverrat uses true bucktails and fudelli uses both feathers and bucktails
I believe you can buy the fudellis at Bits and Baits (bowzogs store) in stittsville and riverrats are available at riverratlures.com
Ive never fished a good muskie lake, or a well known musky river, Around here in central Pa. the average is 1 musky for every 45hrs of fishing, on the susquanna river. what do you guys say your average is while fishing for them in Canada. I always wanted to go to a musky area, to try somthing different, and found a spot to try on the ottawa river. I belive they call this area the manasqualki lake, because there is a dam at each end. near ottawa. but haven't booked a trip yet. But hopefully someone on here can fill me in on the fishing there. so im not just taking the word of mouth from the people trying to rent me their cottage.
