Bucket 1st: Now MY PEICE!!!!

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Bucket 1st: Now MY PEICE!!!!

Post by FLOATFISHIN »

Well:

I Don't post here often anymore but those who have read my past post's know I hold a bit of valor in my words...

1st off:

This Fish-N-Time, Blah Blah Blah..... If a arm chair warrior is going to twist a board of 2000 plus stong members into a frenzy, pack up the puter and tiss er with Monday's garbage!!! I mean let lurkers play as they will, but eventually the Mod('S") will clean up as Bobber did. We all have job's, and gettin round to a clean up takes time, they will be filtered out in time, but for people to add fuel to them only makes then want to post more, it feeds thier wood to the fire... Waste of time to even to even give any sort of gas to a fool like such. Done!

Now...

Onto the post of Richard and his Goliath Muskie...

Do Richard and I get along?? Prolly not, we have had our share of words in the past 6 or so yrs, but I mean really...... He makes almost a living on the the fact he can put fish in the boat!!! Are they 30lbres??? I aint no Muskie god, and sure aint seen no one post their crudentials to say they are either, so bein g a guide, registered, and his site with the pics, aint no one out there going to tell this man he is full of it!

I won't say they are 15lbs or 50 lbs, because honestly, I was not in any of those photo's, and nor did I wield any of those fish!!! So in my eye's until I get one or get close to landing a fish of such a caliber, well, thast's as close I've come to seeing what a 30+ muskie might look like!

And as for guy's bashin the Guides... I mean C'mon all, these guys (Like Kert, Richard, even the Big man Jim) these guy's take pride in not only puttin clients on fish, but I mean ....It does also put a bit of food on thier table too, and at the end of the day weather it was a 30lb'er or a 30 "er, so long as the client walks away with a smile on thier face and a memory that they will hold forever, who really freakin cares who got the bigger fish????????

Long rant, but in the end, forget the one's who try to ruin your day I.E the one in question, and when it comes to who's fish is bigger or who won the race, it's all bout the fishin!!! Doubt if you want, but don't ruin a persons possible fish of a lifetime by sayin "No way the fish is way to small to be a 53"er"

Imagine if you were out with a guide, and perhaps it was Kert, Richard, or even happened upon a B&T store like Bit's and Bait's or Bait Casters, Pddle Tails and they put you onto
this site, and your guide posted a pic of the fish you got with them the week before and praised this site to you, and you got on here...... Only to see that people were puttin your fish, and or your guide down, saying it was not true?????????

Just somethin to think bout before you let your fingers speak what you want to say....\\

Hey Float,

Good to see you back dude...for a little while anyways. Hope things are going well with ya.

I'm just getting caught up now and it seems I may have missed the "which is bigger" conversation, but not even having read the post yet, I agree with you....who cares really. A good fish is a good fish, end of story.

I did see all the stuff with regard to Fish'n'time, and I agree with you 100%. Giving people who are obviously here just to stir things up, a stage and attention, just fuels the fire. As I"ve always said, the best thing to do is just ignore it, and report it. Let me deal with it.

Now, I guess I need to go and find the "who's is bigger" debate.
:D
cheers,

Hi Float

Good to see that your are still around. Hope you are doing well.

My knee-jerk reaction to the junk coming from Fish-N-Time was to wade into the fray and give it back to him. But I thought about it for a while and decided that it was a waste of time. I think that anyone one that is that negative should be ignored. The more you react to them the more they seem to feed off of it. Eventually if no one plays their game they go away. Some day they may grow up.

I would rather be fishing.
