Check how many different stampings it has on it. Every repair gets a different stamp. If it has been repaired twice already then... you might want to just ditch it and get a new one. Thing is with aluminium props when you weld them they have a tendency to soften. So every repair actually softens up the metal and before long even if you get it repaired just running the prop through heavy weeds will cause it to deform.
I had this happen with one prop and couldn't beleive it... until I saw it happening. I buy new now... newer props take a lot before they develop problems... trust me ... I have bumped a few off of logs and stuff and been suprised how sturdy the new props are.
