Does anyone knwo if any boat ramps are open and how far one can travel on the water? if they are open?

Other than the mentioned :?

I'm sure some are still open on lake ontario a few of the guys here fish all year long on open water. I'm planning on dragging my boat down to the Niagara region later this winter if there is some water to be found :D
