Ottawa River Water Level!!!!!!!

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

The last thing I wanted was to be walking out to the end of a plank only to fall through 10 feet from shore. So I turned around and headed for home. Anyone able to get on? Anyone know where you can get on the ice?

Tried to get on today but all the areas have a good 10' of water before getting on the ice... the water flooded the trail as well... kinda sucks. Will try again tomorrow and see

Yeah....me too. :) A lad was in the shop today and said his hut on Shirley's Bay blew across the ice to within 25yds of open water. :o also said there were lads down there tryin to locate thier shacks by lookin' through a pair of binocs. Some had just clean disappeared. man, that must have sucked! :(
