kicker motor, drift sock, or trolling plate

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

I'm with Georges on this one. He said it all.

Last year depending on the type of fishing i was doing i either used one drift sock straight out the back of the boat or two off to the sides while salmon fishing. The both work really well, this year however I am looking into getting a kicker installed...

Both are good options just depends on your budget!
