i been seeing that pictures for the past 8 years if not more.
and still now i am not sher 100%its fake.
it happen to human so why not on fish..saw it happen on frog ,cows..i di think its possible,,but is that one real..?
photoshop or adn defect .....mmmm?????

Pollution and genetic defects.
Someone was either very good at placing them together and then photo editing it or else it is a natural mutation (which I can believe).
If you look closely the mouthes are joined and the smaller body has no eyes. If it were a siamese twin it may have been a dud body. In any rate, like double headed snakes (which I have seen!), natural siamese twins do not live very long..... kinda like albino animals.
