Hello
i bought boat.It has 28 hp Johnson outboard.It was winterized.Can any1 tell me how do i put oil inside the motor.Is there something else i need to do before i start the outboard.
i am new to boat/outboard so help would be appreciated.thx

Your question sounds like you're kinda new to this.
Your 28 Johnson is a 2 stroke motor. The only oil it requires to run is the 2 stroke outboard oil that you mix in your gasoline.
There is oil in the foot of your motor behind the prop for the gears there. This should be checked at least once a year to make sure the seals have not leaked and allowed water in. You can tell if this has occurred if the oil appears milky. If youk're not mechanically inclined it would be a good idea if someone showed you how to do this before you try it yourself.
Otherwise, with the basic of maintenance, change the plugs regularly and the proper mix using a good quality 2 stroke oil (I don't recommend Canadian Tire brand) these motors can go on trouble free for a long long time.
