This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Here's an idea Bm whatever....if that observation of his has offended you....and you are Chinese...or Arab....head on down there and maybe tell those people you choose to defend that they are not fishing properly!!!

Apparently they are making your culture look bad...bad enough that you are screaming racism...lol. Too funny.

Racism....meh..hardly! Play another hand pal. Bad bluff.

SICK of this politically correct crap. This country can only be so friendly before people speak up you know!

Tell em they are lucky to be here...and lucky to be fishing here!!

He made a direct observation about people pretty much chucking fish 40 feet down to die...I see nothing wrong with that statement. I have seen a half dozen things worse already this season...and have been powerless to do anything about it, apart from throwing them in the drink.

I saw over 20 Asian folk at a lock 2 days ago with pails of everything they managed to catch. If I was an MNR officer...I would have asked for licences and checked their limits!!! I would have been able to charge them. I really wish I could have!!! They scurried off in their minivan and car as I tried to ask them "how the fishing was" Pretty pathetic.

What the he** is wrong with the spineless people in this country who defend wrongdoers based on their race.??? Does(should) being a new arrival give you more rights than us?? If you think yes...please feel free to PM me..and we can certainly discuss in more detail.

We(the majority) are the ones who have been here 10 generations...and we feel inclined to show pity and grace on people who break the law.??? Welcomed with open arms and wallets...and we bend over backwards to make them feel like they are welcome... god forbid we speak our minds...!!!

SCREW THAT...I hope political correctness dies a quick death.

im with slabjerker on this one. gj bud. i work at canadian tire myself and you have no idea how many foreign people come to get fishing stuff. ever since ive been there ive never had ONE ask me about fishing liscences. let alone they have NO idea how to fish. they dont take the time to respect the sport that we love and knowing the effects they can possibly cause to our natural resource.. it kinda makes me mad that im helping someone who will potentially kill a fish because they dont know what they are doing(and i dont only mean that only "foreign" people do this) but the majority is there. anyways. if everyone here feels like they need to "ban" me for saying such things. please. by all means do what you have to do to feel satisfied. just trying to get my point across and maybe get the pressure off "fishingishealing". we all need to vent every now and then.
