What a Night!....walleye action!

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

RJ...
Great eyes...

With all of tips on fish-hawk about the shallow walleye bite in spring it is nice to see some happy anglers...not to mention the best walleye fight is when thety are in shallow and on the hunt! :D Also if you get onto a shallow flat or bay where the walleye are on the feed you will not catch bass, I have found over the years they do not share the same water...so if I get into a bass or see them I move on to another area.

Remember the shallows your are getting these on because they will move out to the nearest drop off as the water warms or when jet ski traffic hits full swing :D :D . Some will also hold out in the heavy weed growth.
