Fish-o-Mania why-why-why

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Back to the original topic.....

OMG Fish O-mania! Why Why Why?????

OK, this has been killing me for a year or more... I just don't get why that is on WFN.

Maybe, MAYBE, someone out there enjoys the show. (and great for them) But, does it have to be soooo loooooooong. OMG, when I turn on WFN and that show is on, it's painful. I know I have to wait at least an hour before some decent fishing show comes on.

Make them 1/2 hour shows (PLEASE) and those (what I believe to be very very few) people who actually enjoy the show can tune in next week and catch the thrilling continuation of the "lawn chair, sling shot, pole balancing, counting grams competition"! Ooooooh the anticipation would almost be too much for those folks.

Man, I HATE THAT SHOW!!!!!!

Just my humble opinion, for whatever its worth.

Cheers,
Fishinbuddy!

PS. WFN, are you listening, please help us. please.

Watch Billy Ray Cyrus and Bill Engvall's new movie about Bass fishing.
Hilarious! Billy Ray is the Steroidal, $100K bas boat guy and Bill Engvall is the local tackle store owner who owes $15K to the bank. Hen enters the tourney to win $50K. Alot of bloopers along the way.

Oh and he uses a 14ft jon boat!!LOL PRICELESS!!!

Billy Ray looks like such a loser....it makes such a joke out of the ego's of pro bass guys....

Its called "Baitshop" by Lionsgate films.

Not sure if it is coming to theatres or straight to DVD. But the trailer looks hilarious!

Hi Guys

Moved to Canada from the UK just over 4 years ago (I'm 60). Fished for over 40 years in the uk, mostly for northerns. As to the show of which you allude, I hate it too. I cringe with embarassment when I see it aired.

I get a kick out of this show...these guys got it made in the shade. No research, no pre-fish, no run and gun. Just show-up, get your bait ready and sit there and hope for the best. Oh yeah, and play with a sling-shot from time to time. And these guys make thousands of quid doing it...good times!

Why dont they just make a show related to fish-o-mania that you can catch any type of fish, in which you get like a dollar per fish so there wont be a weigh-in.
