Could have sworn I seen this posted somewhere else not too long agoMy guess is the big pike is around 10lbs or so, no way to tell for sure though. You guys should bring a measurng device and scale with you on these trips or should I say outing.
Good fishing

we estimate the size and weight.
1- it was verry cold and by the looks of it the fish were freezing real quik... and i remmember getting BASHED because of the fish's eyes freezing... just look at the bass there eyes were @ the freezing point.
2- when you weight a 10 lbs pike.... your spending to much time OUT of the water. you have to weight the fish vertically wich is a NO NO!
if the fish shakes you RIP his JAW right off.....
3- the locals on that lake watch us with binaculares so F'N around with the fish is not recommended.
we like to put them back real quik with out mesurment and or weight.
we caught so many 10 + in that lake we know what they look like.
this pictures does not put the pike in value . his tail is hangging and what not.
this pike was heavy... and had a nice belly. again my hand is right on the belly .
i know i should have taken a close up pictures ... you know the type RJ loves close right in front of the camera arms extended.
but we didnt. regardless thank you for the nice reply !
