This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Hello Everyone,

My Name is Scott, and I'm new to this site as well.
I'm also fairly new to fishin'....I mean more of a re-born fisherman. lol :D
I used to fish when I was a kid, with my dad, then stopped for a long time. Now that I have kids of my own, I've been reacquainted with the sport, and realized how much I missed.

Looking fowarward to talking with all of you FH'ers.

Cheers !

Hi, I fished Quinte 9 times last year with a personal best last November 12lbs 10 oz 31in length and a 20in girth. I caught it on a deep taildancer.

I have a Alumacraft Tournament Pro 175 cs 2004 Johnson 115hp 4 stroke ( Suzuki DF-115 ) Minnkota 65PD/AP/US-60" and a Minnkota Vantage 80lb Trolling Motor.

Form what I have seen and read so far, you are correct, there are plenty of HIGH QUALITY anglers on this site . . . .I hope I can learn a thing or two....maybe even meet some of you at some point.

I guess I would have to say my favourite fish is BASS.
Probably because that is all I ever seem to catch.....LOL....that is I mean, when I do actually catch them....I have a tendancy to wash my lures more than I end up catching anything on them. BUT, I hope all that changes.
