Where's everyone fishing this weekend?...(June 5th-6th)

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

RJ,

Have a great time with the kids and good luck on 'lunge opener!

I'll be heading up to Wolfe Lake with the family on Sunday. Probably for the week. It would be nice to tie into a bunch of walleye, but if I can get some good action with pike, perch and rockbass, I'll be a happy camper. I'll be even happier if we can get a run of dry, warm weather!!

Have fun!

W.

Hi Wolfe

The weather forecast for Westport indicates mainly sunny conditions this weekend except for 30% chance of isolated showers on Sunday and next week looks good. Maybe the weather forecasters have finally got it right. :D
Hope you have a great week fishing.

I am headed to Big Rideau later today for the weekend. Lakers opens on Saturday.

Wow all these people for the Charleston Laker opener, I thought it was a zoo way back 10-15 years ago when I was there at every opener. I wish you guys all the best and may those leadcore idiots be far away from you.

I'm heading to fish the Muskies Canada opener in Bobcageon this weekend. Lets hope the Pigeon lake muskies cooperate for us.
Catch and release them all

I unfortunately, am stuck going to a wedding reception on Saturday and can't attack the Muskies on opening day..... :x .....I will however be in the Manotick region Sunday am and will be hittin' the water as soon as I can. Anyone have any idea where I can find a good shore fishing hole somewhere near the RCMP campground in Manotick...or close to Manotick, hell, I don't even know where I'm going. That's what you get when you just say "yes dear"

Need to get to Arnprior to try out some Cat tactics, seeing how Jim W and I are going to be entering Catfest. I guess I'd better pm "little jim" to see if he can get out.
Good luck everyone and keep your lures in the water!!
Hey Seaweed maybe you want to go that direction too instead of playing with the slimey ones
