I must say that this body of water is amazing. I throughly enjoyed myself out there today and nearly boated a nice lunge.... got to play her a bit but she managed to throw the trailer hook off.... caught a five pound Largie... yet she went back to the nest.
This is a truely well kept secret. Nice structure that will produce many good fish year round. The launch was nice but needs a dock. I was alone so it was a bit tricky.
I met up with Big Kurt and we talked muskie for a good little while... I got some good tips and we will be hooking up to try our luck together another time. Saw Big-O fly by and I tried hollering to you on Channel 4 FRS and I saw you stop but then you took off... so didn't get a chance to chat.

Topwater and I had to leave early ...when you called we were on our way out 
...It is a great body of water ...been fishing there for years 
No fish except small 10 once bass 
..but it was nice to get out and not have to worry about the wind ...got a little burn 
other than no fish, it was a great morning on the old Madawaska 
let me know when you are going the next time topwater and i fish there a lot 
it was great talking to you guys ...hope to meet up with you again
