Going out on sunday

Taking the new boat out for a spin.
Need to test the fish finder out.

So I was thinking of going on the Ottawa to try the blair ramp or go to trim road.

I was thinking of wetting a line for something, sturgon or cats or perch.

Any info on the ramps or spots I should go looking for something would be appreciated.

sturgeon closed on the ottawa till June 15

Zone 18 open till april 30th and i didnt see any exceptions.
but i have been wrong before so where should i be looking.

Now (that i see it) there is zone 12
perch it is.

If you're fishing the Ottawa R you're in ZONE 12....:shock:

Poaching is only if you would be keeping the fish. Otherwise you are fishing out of season.
