Name My Boat

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

I bet this thread will go six pages, easy........

OK I am mid-fifties and my favourite band is Uriah Heep. My favourite song is "Easy Livin"

The name will just come one day and you'll know when it's right.
Don't Rush It - nice name! Not sure if that was intentional, but not bad my friend, not bad at all... (now if you could draw a design, with a bass smok'n a cigar and sip'n some rye... oh wait, that's your thread...LOL!)

Nice name, but this 1972 kid just cannot get down with your jive pappa... heard that song, and right in the middle when they go into some high-notes... well let's say it wasn't for me...

Easy Livn' is on the short list for sure... Dispite our different tastes in music.

yes, the classic "best of" Uriah Heep album does NOT have those high notes, which I don't prefer either..............

That song might have come out around '72...............

"Touch My Fly" 8)
"Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, fishing rod in one hand, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO HOO what a ride!."

Many years ago when I was just a young lad the Flintstones were on Tv. Fred and Barney had bought a boat and had some trouble naming it. Fred liked Nautical Lady and Barney liked Sea Queen...they compromised and combined the first three letters of both names. Nausea.

Everytime I see threads like this, I remember that cartoon.
