Attended last year's Dinner and enjoyed myself. Lots of hunting stuff to have.
The wife and I are going to attend again the Broken Clay, DELTA Chapter Saturday, May 30, 2009 Dinner, in Almonte, ON - held at the Almonte Agricultural Hall, 125 Water Street - Social 5pm Dinner 6:30pm
Hope to see many waterfowlers.
Anyone else going to attend from the Forum?

Also,
Recently heard of a snow goose outfitter in QC just on the border of QC / ON, but hunts' on the QC side.
Been trying to contact him a few times, but guess he was real busy. Guess season is over now.
When I get info on cost and logistics, I'll see if any Ottawa area Ontarians' interested in forming a group of four.
Not that far to travel, just west of Montreal Island.

Will be nice to place a face to a name when we see each other at the Dinner

As for the snow goose possible hunt, I'll keep you informed when I make contact with the guy. Word of advice, since the hunt would be held on the QC side, you'll need a Quebec small game license.
Was on the phone with the guide, he provided me with all the info necessary. My understanding is that Mark invited them to be at the Almonte Dinner, so will have a chance to place a face to a name.Jamsers wrote:...As for the QC, hunt. Yep, I know. QC small game license. No probs.
Looking forward to meeting you also!
Will talk to you at the dinner about the logistics of a possible Fall hunt or even a 2010 Spring hunt with this outfitter.
