Hahaha. Had to sacrifice my shirt to the fish gods. Was having a hard time holding the fish up so I decided to wet my t-shirt and use it as a mat so that I could unhook the fish and get some quick measurement before putting it back unharmed. No putting it back on after that.

I run 40lbs power pro as my main line and leader. Carp aren't really line shy so you can get away with running heavier super lines.
