Gulp! Shiners

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Gulp! Shiners

Post by WallyPro »

Well...going out today... got a tub o`Gulp shiners and have no faith at all in them.

I`m a big fan of plastics but for the price I`m seriously doubtful that they`ll play out.

And I 100% do not believe that they`re better than live bait or even dead shiners.

Hopefully I`ll be proved wrong!

I swear by these also. Fish'em with confidence and you'll catch walleye, smallies, largies, pike, crappie, speckles, lakers, splake, etc............ well pretty much anything, those are just the species I've caught.... Oh ya, also landed a whitie and a ling two weeks ago on gulp.

So... if you had the choice of a dozen live shiners vs a dozen Gulp shiners... what would you go with?

Yeah right man... whatever. I got my doubts. They look like shoddy minnows and scent isn't the be all and end all. All hype.....

Live shiners have their time and place, but live shiners turn into dead shiner, which turn into rotten shiners... With Gulp Alive you can store a container in your boat for months ... where is sits and waits for it's call to action!
cheers,

OK then, when you try them and they don't work, send the bucket of useless hyped up plastic minnows my way.

Really?! Well thanks for the tip! But if you had the choice for 1 day: do you take 20 gulp shiners or 20 live shiners?

And if you say Gulp you're a liar.

One of the best live bait alternatives on the market without a doubt. Actually, I prefer the GULP over live in most cases. That's no lie
