Wendover Walleye tournament is fast approaching

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Wendover Walleye tournament is fast approaching

Post by the walleye hunter »

Hi everyone, this is just a reminder that the Wendover Walleye is fast approaching. You still have time to register on line at:

www.wendoverwalleye.ca

You will also be able to register the morning of June 20th. Cash payment will only be accepted.

We now have over 1000$ in participation prizes.
Also, seperate from the above, top ten and Big fish will all be cash prizes from the entry fees.
70% payback for top ten and 100% pay back for big fish.

Good luck to everyone who joins.

Thanks

Hey Ducker2, there are no limited places.

The more anglers we have, the more fun it'll be and more cash to be won.
You can register on line, and then give us the name of your partner the morning of.
You can also register the morning of the tournament. Only thing is that cash will be the only payment allowed.

Last night, we already had 30 boats registered and the locals haven't even signed up yet.

It'll be a great tournament and the prizes are fantastic! Don't miss out on this one.

Hey D4, what kind of boat do you have? You really don't need a big boat to fish the Wendover area. You don't have to travel far in order to catch Walleye.

How many boats are confirmed?

Jig Head and I have been chatting and it's looks like were going to make it out on Saturday for this one. I have never fished for walleye on that section of river before so it will be a learning experience for sure...Looks fun.

Great site you guys have up as well.
