Summer in full swing

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Summer in full swing

Post by Tip-up »

Just thought I would share a bunch of pics taken bass opener and the week following. Fish were active and good numbers of fish were taken..not too mention some good size bass too.

4.8lbs

4.14lbs.

Jig Head and a very nice flipped smallie..

Pig smallmouth that hammered my weighted senko..
Image

Tree hugging bass..right out of the thick of it. Not sure on the size but this one was big. Jiggy hammered the hooks home and it was in the net in a snap.

Mississipi action...

River walleyes

This walleye took my tube as soon as it hit the water!

Buzzbait pike

Anthony also caught a sturgeon yesterday. Cool part was it was a boat side hit and on a Red Eye Shad. This fish went on a boat ride back to the cottage to show our dad who's favorite fish is the sturgeon. Made his morning no doubt.
