yeah it was OOS...but it wasn't being targeted and it was released...no harm no foul

Still shouldn't be posted here though.. rules are rules and if one must follow them all must. Otherwise I would have posted the 12lb smallie I caught this year.. pre-season.

Just to be clear....that was not the reason I mentioned it being OOS....just didn't want anyone getting pinched with one at a aramp without knwoing the reg...

I have no issue with the pic being posted....it was a great pic!
