Family Day Fishing Anyone?

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

It is a perfect skating rink. Very smooth and very little snow covering.

Hi Tippy.

Even though it has been stocked the Walleye bite has been slow. The Pike, Jumbo Crappie, Bluegill and Perch bite has been great!

Was talking to a couple of lake residents while I was on the ATV and they were into great numbers of Big Perch and 50 Crappie were caught in 2 hrs last weekend in a bay only a short ride away.

Come on up Tippy.

Cheers

Hey JP
I would love to get back out there with you so you can lead me to fish this time however Monday is a working day for me and the girlfriend.
I will talk to her about taking a days leave and going down.
I will keep an eye on this post to see what develops.
If I can't make it I hope a bunch do and good luck to all. It is a beautiful spot.
