Crappie bite is good

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Crappie bite is good

Post by nips »

Me and a buddy got out on the rideau yesterday for some crappie, nothing was biting until about 1:00pm when they let loose, one after another, it was a great time, the water must of warmed enough by 1:00 to turn them on. Biggest fish was just shy of 12 inches, we kept 20 each for a feed and released the rest. Probably caught around 75 in 2 hours out of the same spot. Heres a few pics
