That's some great paint work there Matt.....

I didnt see the original construction.....how are those eyes that will take the split rings attached? I see alot of guys make their own baits and screw in the eye....which IMO will rip out at any time....especially when trolling at 6 mph like you maniacs do..... :lol:

Here it is, I posted last week.

No screw eyes used, all my baits are thru wire which you can see here

All wire is .41 or .50 muskie grade wire

All bills are hand shaped lexan and the glue I use is 100% waterproof expanding ultra strength so it will neve come apart.

I also overlap the thru wire so that when I pour the lead it locks the wire in place.

3-4 coats of nuluster give it a rock hard surfac as well.

I've caught bass on bigger baits than those.... :lol:

You may see in Constance Bay on the troll at some point this summer TMH.....if there's any water in it.... :shock:

The longer ones are 8" and the Jointed are about 6.5"
