Enjoy the few times that I do get to get out and not get so wrapped up in (trying) catch impressive fish that I miss the bigger picture.
There are few problems in life which can not be solved with a well-placed, high-explosive projectile.

My goals are to get a nickel largemouth (in season), and to enhance my knowledge of walleye in my neck of the woods. I'd also like to find a couple more solid trolling runs for pike.

Get out with few other Hawkers this year.
Also gonna work on a new P.B. plus try to catch a new species of fish this year.

With a rough past few months ...
I'd love my father to get through the next 3 months of chemo, and for him, and my 2 1/2 year old to join me on the water and maybe even catch a fish or two..
That will make my year, and the most memorable fishing day.
Success is going from failure to failure without loss of enthusiasm...
