I guess you haven't read ALL the other posts on this thread concerning their Bad experience with OBW...

Or are you just singling me out...

It would be interesting to get both sides of the story, especially directly from both sources.Bass Addict wrote:TBM wrote:OBW should continue to be trusted and respected.

And when i pm you with all the details .name address etc etc on going problem .......you will Gladly post it back on this thread ??????
I personally don't care either way but my point is we have to be careful not to quickly jump to conclusions where we haven't considered both sdes. I'm sure this forum is not conducive for that but we should exercise some degree of fairness.Bass Addict wrote:TBM wrote:It would be interesting to get both sides of the story, especially directly from both sources.Bass Addict wrote:

My opinion is OBW shouldn't have screwed up in the first place. Why do we always have to give retailers a second chance at making it right? Shouldn't they do it right the first time.
True customer service is getting tougher and tougher to find. With all the competition these days you'd think they would make a larger effort on giving good service....because in the end that's the only thing that seperates these retailers.
