Back to Reality........Cuba Report.

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Awesome read RJ, never been to cuba but I am seriously thinking about it now. I've been deep sea fishing in the DR and Barbados and it wasn't what I expected, A few fish but basically an expensive boatride. That buffet made me instantly hungry. right on

I'm told from the area we were it's a long way inland to the Largie lakes.....I'm also led to believe they aren't what they used to be..... :?

I heard the Cubans have ate up those largies. Any recent reports from that lake and people are getting skunked. Mexico is the spot.

Great report Rob.

Superb photography and just beautiful surroundings.

Was that a mountain of lobster next to the mountain of shrimp?

I like your run & gun day of shore fishing. You certainly have a wide choice of fish species to fish for in Cuba.

I somehow suspect that you are already working on how not to get School'd or is it spooled for next year

Thanks for sharing,
