Quinte January 4th

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Always a thrill to see some Quinte walleyes. They are "other worldly" to someone like me.

Thanks, Dad, for taking me fishing when I was a kid.

January 8th Quinte:

Went back down to Quinte on Saturday. Pretty slow in the area we were. Six guys in our group only 2 eating size walleye and a bunch of perch caught :( .

Oh well hopefully better results next time.

Delta it is.. well actually Phillipsville is closer:)

good on you for getting a couple of young lads out fishing...

in fact after loading the hut and quad then driving, unloading, loading again, unloading again, loading and driving and unloading I think bringing a couple of young guys along would be well worth the extra guiding cost.. they would just have to agree in advance as to accept my version of the events:)

I fished with Jeff Chisholm of Quinteicefishing.com Good guy, lots of advice on technique etc and put us on fish both am and pm.. size and numbers not up to his standards, but an excellent day by my account
