Weeknight tourneys

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Not sure if Shawn plans on doing these but I will probably do a few out of Taylor Park (Rideau) again this year. They were fun last year!

Marty,

There is plenty of good fishing around that launch but you already know that. We used Taylor park because 1, it is a concrete launch and someone's tow rig doesn't exactly like the gravel at reevecraig and 2, it's closer for the guys coming from Ottawa. I plan on buying a year long pass there this year as it is good for all launches within the RVCA and it is slightly closer to my house that reevecraig.

Ill probably put some feelers out in early July.

Jimmy, you are more than welcome to try.

I would be interested in trying to make a Taylor park evening or two!

Team 28 will surely be in on these outings again this season. Taylor Park is excellent.
Close enough to go during weeknights after work.

Wow! I am kind of surprised at the amount of guys that would be in in this. I'll create a thread early in July and try to do something mid month or earlier.

I would be in for this too. I can't make it out to the east end of Ottawa during the week, but Taylor Park is well within reach. I think my 6 year old would be keen to ride along with me, as long as his mom lets him stay up that late! Getting so excited for the start of the season!

I'd be interested in a few of these, living so close to the Rideau this gives me a excuse to fish it
