FHBOVT 2015

Anyone interested again this year. Maybe change the format a wee bit?? Kids division and adult division.

I think a few of us on here have discussed running one again this year. More of a bragging rights thing but I still have a few kids rod/reel combo's from last year and some other random stuff from last year as well we could give out to winners of each week.

Small mouth bass
Large Mouth bass

Kids and adults division for each.

Sept 1st to Sept 30th.

Week 1 = Sept 1-6th
Week 2 7th-13th
Week 3 14th-20th
Week 4 21st-30th

Final G2G Oct 3rd for friendly gathering on lake TBD...biggest bass winner take all $20 entry.

So far we have a great response for this so I will go ahead and get this started. Same as last year pretty much. I will post rules etc soon but can people please sign up so I know how many people there will be. Dont forget to sign up your kids as well. This is more for them than us. I want to see kids smile taking pitcures of their big fish!!

To sign up please post below here with your username and if you are registering a kid ask them what they would like to be called for this.

I am SOOO glad this is back!!! Was the highlight of the summer for me and my friends last year going out and taking pics of some big bass :)

The more the merrier, more exposure, more traffic on Fish-Hawk.
Give prizes to the kids only.

I sort of like the idea of stuff for the kids only Mav. This would allow more time for running this and less time running around looking for prizes. As for letting non FH people in I am thinking as well that the more people who join in the more people may join FH. For that matter how much effort does it take to register on FH.

Having said that yes TBone. We will let anyone who wants to participate in this do so. I will need a username to associate with though so tell them to come up with something fun and exciting and put them down on the list. I dont want John Smith I want wimperinginthecorner or something fun.

Now as for the End of month G2G is everyone ok with a $20 entry for biggest fish ( length ) the day of??

This just in. I am just letting everyone know that every kid who enters this is gauranteed to get a rod and reel combo. Thanks to an amazing FH memeber and local member of one of the great Bass Tournament series around we will have this available for every child. So lets get the kids into this and have a ton of fun all.

Sept 1st is fast approaching. Please let me know who is in for this great fun time. We have 13 registered right now with three kids registered. Lets get at least 20 kids registered for this if we can. Team 28 must have a bunch of kids that would love to follow in dad and gramps footsteps!! Actually that wouldnt be good bringing in 0 fish so I bet they can do better then gramps and dad!! lol
