Sharbot lake - elbow lake

What's the fishing like in this area? I have heard conflicting information that you can boat from elbow into sharbot lake and vice versa. Can anyone confirm?

Elbow and Sharbot lakes are not connected, it's probably a 15 minute drive at the most between them along hwy 38

You may be thinking of Elbow outside of Parham? There is an Elbow Lake connected to Sharbot at the NE corner of Sharbot. I haven't done it in years, but we used to boat into Elbow. It does get quite shallow and is rocky where you cross under the bridge into Elbow.

That's the one I was thinking of, just looked at my topo app, didn't realize there was another Elbow lake so close by!
