I know 2 of them, so I have a 50% chance of getting this one!
Markus and I boated quite a few of these earlier this year. One thing that amazed me was how beautiful the bright green/blue colors faded to a dull grey once the fish was out of the water. It took about 3 seconds.
Here's a picture of one I caught and we tried to get a picture as fast as we could, but the colors just drain right out of it.
My arms were sore after every battle with these fish! They are strong.

50% of hawk talkers knew the right answer. Dorado, Dolphin and Mahimahi are all the correct names for the fish. It is not an Amberjack.
Very tasty fish I might add.

totally agree Markus, so tasty I'd put it ahead of walleye I think.
You know a thread should be done begging the question. What are the absolute best tasting fish in peoples opinion.
Better yet, run a real long poll with a huge list of tasty fish and see what one scores the highest.
I'm curious now.

Did that guy catch it angling or go after it with a sharp stick? Ouch, look at his hands!
